AIRLIFT will oversee all aspects of helipads management at Costa Navarino.

Costa Navarino’s strategic location and growing popularity among international travelers make it an ideal site for elevated air mobility services. AIRLIFT’s administration will ensure efficient scheduling, ground handling, and strict compliance with aviation regulations.
This collaboration is set to improve accessibility to the region and aligns with both companies’ dedication to innovation and premium service.
Landing Notification Procedure
All helicopter landings at Costa Navarino must be coordinated in advance with AIRLIFT; a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.
To request landing approval, operators must submit the following details to AIRLIFT via email:
• Aircraft Type and Registration
• Requested Helipad (Navarino Bay or Navarino Dunes)
• Date and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) and Departure (ETD)
• Full passengers’ names
• Operator Name and Contact Information
• Billing/Invoicing details

Procedures
• Only Day (VFR) flights are allowed.
• Maximum stay on ground 60 min.
• Passenger boarding and disembarkation, related to safety and security issues, are the responsibility of the helicopter operator.
• During boarding and disembarkation, the rotors of the helicopter must not operate.
• During parking time at the helipads, the helicopter’s safety is the responsibility of the helicopter operator.
• During landing and take-off, the rotors of other helicopters on the ground must not operate.
• During embarkation and disembarkation, the rotors of other helicopters on the ground must not operate.
• All procedures as described in AIP Greece for VFR flights are the pilot’s responsibility.
Important Notice:
AIRLIFT is not responsible for the transfer of passengers from the helipads to their hotel. Clients are advised to notify their accommodation provider directly to arrange ground transportation from the helipads.
